Refund Policy

1. Scope

Refunds apply only to the Publication Services provided by Novel Nuggets Publishers. They depend on when the Author Agreement is terminated and on the stage of work completed. This policy forms part of the Author Agreement and the Order Form.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if you have adhered to all the payment terms in the Order Form. Not adhering to the agreed payment terms makes you ineligible for any refund, regardless of the publishing stage.

3. Refund amounts

• If you have not yet submitted your work to Novel Nuggets, you will receive a refund of 75% of the purchase price given in the Order Form.
• After you submit your manuscript, or three (3) months from the Effective Date, whichever comes earlier, you are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the publishing stage.
• If you have applied any discount, coupon or referral code, you are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the publishing stage.

4. Processing time

Novel Nuggets will make its best effort to process refunds within thirty (30) days of the termination of the Agreement.
