Novel Nuggets Publishers provides author-services publishing. Publishing services are provided under a separate Author Agreement and an Order Form. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If these terms conflict with a signed Author Agreement, the signed Author Agreement prevails.

3. Using this website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy or scrape it in bulk.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text and logo belong to Novel Nuggets Publishers. Book titles, covers, author names and excerpts shown on this website belong to their respective authors and rights holders. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

5. Information on this website

Rankings, awards, record titles and sales figures shown for individual books are reported as at a point in time and may change. Novel Nuggets cannot and does not guarantee sales of any author’s work, or any minimum level of success from our services.

6. Third-party sites and platforms

Links to third-party websites and retail platforms are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, and Novel Nuggets is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from its use.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Nagpur have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from the use of this website. Disputes under an Author Agreement are resolved as set out in that agreement.
