3. Cancellation/Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order from your Orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders
If you cancel a prepaid order, we can refund your payment upon request. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will only be issued in your Bank Account.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a change, you can request a return for it from your Orders Page. Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked, and we will issue credits in your account for the value of the products returned. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

Limitations
The same product cannot be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time
Orders placed before 8:30 AM are usually shipped out from our warehouse on the same day on all working days (Mon-Sat). Orders placed later or on Sundays or public holidays are processed and shipped out on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped out from our warehouse, deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Print on Demand Products
Books that are not much in demand come under the Print on Demand category. These products usually take 2-3 working days to be manufactured and shipped out from our warehouse.

Shipping Charges

All Prepaid orders above ₹1999 enjoy Free Shipping all over India.
Shipping charges of ₹600 will apply to all orders below ₹399.
Cash On Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional handling charge of ₹50 per 500 grams.

Tracking Orders
You will receive an email with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.

Urgent Delivery

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
